Commenting on the vote at the Scottish Parliament, Scottish Labour's Transport spokesperson, Colin Smyth MSP, said:
“SNP MSPs have teamed up with the Tories to keep the failing Abellio ScotRail franchise in place.
“This is yet another kick in the teeth for rail passengers across the country.
“Scotland deserves better than this, and the next Labour government will bring our railways into public ownership.”
